Position: Vietnamese Speaking Technical Support
Industry: IT/BPO Company
Salary: Php 80,000 - Php 120,000 Monthly
Location: Bridgetowne, QC

Job Responsibilities:
- Answer the technical inquiries of users via email, chat and calls
- Assist the users on how to escalate the technical issues
- Respond to customer inquiries and assist in troubleshooting and resolving challenges
- Responsible for identifying, providing resolution and reporting the technical concerns.
