Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Salary: Php 32,000

✨Prepare and monitor monthly report
✨Handle clients concern
✨Manage and evaluate performance of collection staff
✨Coordinate with the legal partner and collection agency for the litigation process
✨Prepare and recommend endorsement of accounts for litigation
✨Conduct review of past due account and negotiate payment to the client Job Qualifications
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
✨Bachelor Degree in any business course
✨At least 2-years experience in the Team Leader role in the banking and finance industry.
✨Experience working in or with collection agencies is an advantage.
✨Knowledgeable in collection legal process
✨Amenable to start as soon as possible
✨Amenable to attend Interview
