Visual Merchandising Supervisor
Job Description
- Supervise and manage visual merchandising projects from planning and design development up to store implementation to ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate with stores and internal departments regarding décor, merchandise displays, signage, and promotional requirements.
- Lead brainstorming sessions, concept development, and review of design proposals to ensure creative and effective visual presentations.
- Work closely with suppliers and monitor production to ensure materials, specifications, and project budgets are properly executed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Interior Design, Visual Merchandising, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of supervisory experience in visual merchandising, retail, or a service-oriented company.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, CorelDRAW, and SketchUp .
- Strong leadership, project management, and organizational skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and an effective communicator who can collaborate effectively with teams and suppliers.
