Demand Manager - Established Pharmaceuticals Division

Abbott seeks a Demand Manager for its Established Pharmaceuticals Division in the Philippines to lead demand planning, commercial reviews, and new product introduction processes. The role oversees forecast development, cross-functional alignment, and analytics to support inventory optimization and product launches across multiple therapeutic areas.
Responsibilities
- Lead demand planning and commercial review processes to develop accurate, consensus-driven forecasts
- Manage end-to-end new product introduction from business planning through post-launch performance review
- Coordinate with sales, marketing, supply chain, finance, and regulatory teams on demand visibility and planning
- Monitor forecast accuracy metrics, identify exceptions, and implement corrective actions
- Deliver analytical insights and performance reports to support strategic business decisions
Requirements
- Demand planning and forecasting experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare supply chain
- Proficiency with demand planning tools, systems, and data analysis
- Cross-functional collaboration skills across commercial, finance, and supply chain functions
- New product introduction or launch management experience
- Strong analytical and reporting capabilities with attention to data integrity
- Knowledge of S&OP processes and commercial business reviews
