Description - Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests.
- Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customer's complaint and determining the cause of the problem.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience Level: 0–2 years.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Qualities and Traits: Customer-focused mindset with a friendly attitude.
