Launched in 2013, WebBeds is a global marketplace for the travel trade, providing powerful distribution solutions that make selling and buying travel products easier. It sources accommodation and destination services from travel suppliers, aggregates and merchandises that content in the WebBeds platform, then distributes it to its global network of travel trade buyers, who sell to the travelling public.
Hotels and other suppliers - global and regional hotel chains, independent hotels, apartments, resorts, attractions, transfer and sightseeing companies and more - can sell their products to a global network of online and offline travel buyers through robust solutions that provide greater inventory control to simplify distribution, and leverage WebBeds enhanced analytics to inform inventory optimisation choices – saving costs and increasing revenue.
Travel buyers - online travel agencies, retail travel agents, corporate travel managers, tour operators, wholesalers, tourism boards, super apps, DMC’s, group providers, airlines and more - can integrate the hundreds of thousands of hotels and ground services in the WebBeds marketplace through simple and seamless API connectivity, or they can search, shop and book online through one of WebBeds trade only booking sites.
WebBeds operates globally through four geographic regions – Europe, Asia Pacific, MEA (Middle East and Africa) and Americas - with over 1,900 travel professionals working in 120 cities across 50 countries worldwide. WebBeds also operates specialist brand UHI. UHI is a genuine pioneer, providing online pilgrimage travel services to travel agencies worldwide.

The Talent & Learning Specialist supports the delivery and continuous improvement of global learning, leadership and talent initiatives. Working with key stakeholders, the role coordinates programmes, administers learning and talent systems, interprets data and feedback, and develops practical solutions that strengthen capability, performance and employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Learning and Capability Development
- Deliver and evaluate assigned global learning and leadership development programmes.
- Contribute to learning pathways, blended solutions, e-learning content, guides and toolkits.
- Partner with stakeholders and subject matter experts to turn capability needs into practical learning solutions.
- Administer and improve Workday Learning, including campaigns, learning paths, catalogues, enrolments and reporting.
- Administer external learning platforms such as Udemy and monitor access, utilisation and effectiveness.
- Analyse participation, feedback and programme outcomes to recommend improvements.
Talent Management
- Deliver assigned activities across performance management, talent identification, talent reviews, succession and development planning.
- Analyse talent, performance, succession and development data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Improve talent frameworks, processes, tools and employee resources.
- Support Talent & Culture Executive Partners (EPs), managers and employees with talent processes and development practices.
- Contribute to competency and skills frameworks, career pathways and development planning resources.
- Support Workday Talent Optimisation processes, adoption and user experience.
Programme Coordination and Operations
- Coordinate schedules, invitations, attendance and virtual or in-person session set-up.
- Prepare communications, reminders, materials and follow-ups for learning and talent activities.
- Coordinate vendors, facilitators and participants to support smooth programme delivery.
- Support global learning rollouts, leadership sessions, talent reviews and performance cycles.
- Maintain accurate trackers, reports, content libraries and process documentation.
- Collate feedback, survey responses and completion data for evaluation and reporting.
- Provide first-line support for learning and talent process queries.

- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent, Organisational Development, HR programme coordination or a related field.
- Experience delivering or coordinating learning, leadership or talent activities in a global or multi-region environment.
- Experience with learning management systems and digital learning platforms; Workday Learning and Udemy experience is preferred.
- Exposure to performance management, talent reviews, succession, development planning or skills and competency frameworks.
- Strong programme coordination, planning and prioritisation skills, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple activities.
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills, with experience working across business teams, regional partners, subject matter experts, vendors and facilitators.
- Ability to analyse participation, feedback and programme data to identify insights and recommend improvements.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear, engaging communications, guides and employee resources.
- Confident systems user with a proactive, service-oriented approach to administration, first-line support and continuous improvement.
