We are hiring for different roles in the Operations department:

Store Set-Up Assistants

• Bachelor's of any 4 years course.
• At least 6 months of working experience in the retail industry, fast food chains, or restaurants is preferred.
• Responsible for supporting the efficient and effective set-up of retail stores, ensuring that all elements are in place for a successful opening.
• Collaborate with shift leaders and store leaders to understand the layout and design requirements for each store.

Area Coordinator / Operations Supervisor

• Must have a Bachelor's degree of Hotel and Restaurant Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, Entrepreneurship or in a related field.
• At least 2 years of working experience in food and manufacturing companies, fast-moving consumer goods, convenience stores and the restaurant industry.
• Strong leadership and customer management abilities.
• Responsible for the efficient and profitable operation of the stores within his/her scope of responsibilities.
• Responsible to achieve financial contribution by meeting sales target and implementing company policies and standard in a consistent manner.
• Manage the store's employees through coaching, performance evaluation, scheduling and assigning duties and responsibilities.

Area Manager

Location: Marilao, Bulacan

• Graduate of any Business or related course
• Have 3-4 years of experience, ideally with a background in Operations Management.
• Excel in SWOT analysis, forecasting, and sales/cost analysis.
• You are expected to be in charge of the general supervision of several and different store locations of the company. The function involves a broad spectrum of activities to ensure excellent execution. Activities involve people management, cash operations, physical inventory, data management, store display and maintenance, supply chain and others.

Deputy Branch Manager

• Graduate of any Business Course or any other related courses
• Must have at least 5 years’ background in Operations.
• You are expected to be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing all store activities, including budgeting and implementing projects. Lead role in identifying, evaluating, and recommending opportunities. Focuses on vendor management to achieve optimal service levels related to quality, cost, and customer satisfaction.
• You will work on sales and profitability, store operations, people training and development, communication and collaboration, project management, and relationship building.
