Motorized Trade Specialist/Coordinator

Key Responsibilities
1. Administrative & Operations Management
- Performance Tracking: Monitor sales associate efficiency and ensure all quotas are met.
- Logistics & Inventory: Manage stock/consumable levels at trade points, process purchase orders, and coordinate with SCM and Sales Admin to ensure timely deliveries.
- Reporting: Maintain and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales and inventory reports.
- Personnel Oversight: Coordinate induction training/immersion, manage attendance/tardiness in liaison with HR, and provide overall leadership to the coffee specialist team.
2. Trade Activity & Marketing Support
- Event Oversight: Assist in organizing promotional events, monitor marketing implementation, and facilitate in-store activations.
- Training & Development: Conduct demo training for partners, train new hires, and lead monthly trade department meetings.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular store visits, identify performance gaps, and provide actionable recommendations to ensure adherence to company and partner policies.
Qualifications
- Must be a college graduate
- Must have 2–3 years of experience in retail
- Must have training experience
- Must have good communication skills
- Willing to visit accounts/trade points
- Preferably motorized.
