We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and leads.
- Present and promote products or services to potential and existing customers.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales goals.
- Understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
- Provide excellent customer service and post-sale support.
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred).
- Proven experience in sales or a related field is a plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft O
Experience:
- Proven experience in sales or customer service (minimum 1-2 years).
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.
Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Persuasive negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
Attributes:
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Resilient with the ability to handle rejection.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Technical Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
