- Promotes and sells products or services to customers.
- Identifies potential clients, builds relationships, and generates leads.
- Understands customer needs and offers tailored solutions.
- Negotiates pricing and terms to close sales and meet targets.
- Provides product demonstrations, presentations, and promotional materials.
- Handles customer inquiries, orders, and complaints.
- Prepares sales reports and maintains customer records.
- Works with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery.
- Proven experience in sales or customer service (preferred).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good understanding of sales techniques and market trends.
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent (a degree in business or related field is a plus).
