The Sales Representative is responsible for promoting products, coordinating with the Sales Manager on referral marketing programs, and ensuring efficient sales operations. The role requires strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills to achieve sales targets and maintain positive client relationships.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Implement lead generation strategies to attract new customers and business opportunities.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations for both onsite and online meetings.
- Ensure compliance with the company’s sales policies and programs.
- Monitor and report sales performance to help achieve business goals.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and follow-up.
- Process sales transactions accurately and meet monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with operations staff to ensure proper client turnover and service delivery.
- Support the onboarding of new clients or partners to ensure understanding of the sales process.
