• Analyze business processes and recommend AI-driven improvements
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical solution designs
• Advise stakeholders on Intelligent Automation, Microsoft 365 Copilot, and Copilot Studio
• Develop business cases, value assessments, and supporting documentation
• Track benefits realization and performance metrics
• Support AI adoption and change management initiatives Required Skills & Experience • 4–8 years of experience in consulting, business analysis, automation, or process improvement
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with Generative AI, prompt engineering, and AI-powered productivity tools
• Understanding of LLMs, grounding techniques, and context management
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio
