IZZA LAUNDRY SHOP
- Provide excellent customer service: Greet customers warmly, assist with purchases, answer questions, and resolve customer issues professionally.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently: Operate the POS system, handle cash and other forms of payment, and balance cash drawers.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment: Keep the cashier station tidy, stock supplies, and assist with general store maintenance.
- Strong customer service skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing friendly and helpful service to all customers.
- Basic mathematical and cash handling skills: Ability to accurately handle cash transactions, make change, and perform basic mathematical calculations.
- Proficiency with POS systems: Familiarity with operating a Point of Sale (POS) system, including scanning items, processing payments, and issuing receipts.
