- Laundry Operations: Responsible for washing, drying, folding, and organizing laundry, including linens, towels, and clothing, ensuring they are cleaned and presented in a neat, timely manner.
- Equipment Maintenance: Operate and maintain washing machines, dryers, and other laundry equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition, reporting any issues promptly.
- Inventory Management: Track inventory of laundry supplies, such as detergents and fabric softeners, ensuring there are enough supplies and ordering as needed.
- Quality Control: Inspect laundry for stains, damage, or wear and tear, and report any issues to management. Ensure high-quality service is maintained at all times.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent service by responding to laundry requests, ensuring client satisfaction, and handling laundry items with care to prevent damage.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a laundry or housekeeping role preferred.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy loads (up to 30 pounds).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Good communication skills and ability to work efficiently in a team or independently.
