Assist customers in selecting and purchasing video games, consoles, and accessories, providing recommendations based on preferences and gaming needs.
Product Inventory Management: Stock shelves, organize products, and ensure the availability of popular titles and accessories while maintaining an orderly store environment.
Sales & Transactions: Process sales transactions accurately, handle customer inquiries, and manage returns or exchanges in line with store policies.
Greet customers, provide assistance in selecting video games, consoles, and accessories, and offer recommendations based on their interests and needs.
Sales & Cash Handling: Process sales transactions accurately, manage cash, credit, or digital payments, and ensure proper handling of exchanges or returns in line with store policies.
Store Organization & Inventory: Maintain an organized store layout, restock products, monitor inventory levels, and ensure that all games and accessories are displayed neatly and ready for sale.
