Retail Sales Associate

- Greet customers warmly and identify their needs.
- Provide product information, recommendations, and demonstrations when needed.
- Assist customers in selecting products and completing purchases.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain proper product display, cleanliness, and store organization.
- Process payments accurately through POS (cash, card, etc.).
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking merchandise.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback professionally.
- Ensure compliance with store policies, visual merchandising standards, and brand guidelines.
- Support store activities such as promotions, events, and stock management.
- Continuous and recent work experience
- With at least 1 year of experience in retail/sales (preferably with high-end brands)
- No visible tattoos
- High school graduate or college level (any course)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Confident, energetic, and sales-driven
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Willing to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays
- Team player with a positive attitude
