Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Retail Assistant to join our team in Iloilo. The Retail Assistant will play a key role in ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining store standards, and supporting daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
- Greet and assist customers with inquiries, product recommendations, and purchases.
- Provide detailed product information and resolve customer concerns professionally.
Sales Support:
- Operate the cash register, process payments, and handle returns or exchanges.
- Promote and upsell products to meet sales targets.
Store Maintenance:
- Ensure shelves are stocked, organized, and visually appealing.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness within the store.
Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with team members to achieve store goals and ensure smooth operations.
- Participate in training sessions and meetings as required.
Other Duties:
- Assist in preparing promotional displays or events.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor or store manager.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience: Previous experience in retail or customer service is an advantage but not required.
Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management.
