About the role
Kyouritsu Electronics Philippines, Inc. is seeking a skilled Process Engineer to join our dynamic team in Calamba City, Laguna. This full-time position is a crucial role within our growing electronics manufacturing organization, responsible for ensuring the efficiency and quality of our production processes.
What you'll be doing
- Organize, implement and maintain production process flow including improvements and revisions on work standards, instructions and other technical documentations
- Apply Lean Manufacturing principles for waste reduction, increase production efficiency and optimize workflows.
- Support new model evaluation run (ES, AMP, PLS, MP)
- Analyze and apply problem-solving skills to identify and address operational issues.
- Supports projects related to process improvement, system implementation, and production floor design
What we're looking for
- Degree in Electronics Engineering or equivalent qualification in a related engineering discipline is required
- Preferably with 1-2 years experience as a Process Engineer in the electronics manufacturing industry
- Proficiency in process design, optimization, and problem-solving techniques
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to interact effectively with cross-functional teams
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety and environmental regulations
- Knowledgeable on BGA and PCB Assembly
