Sr. Process Engineer

Description - Design and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Conduct root cause analysis to resolve process issues and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless production operations.
- Develop and maintain process documentation, including standard operating procedures.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and performance.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics Communciation Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 5–10 years of experience in process engineering or manufacturing.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in process simulation software and statistical analysis tools.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to lead projects and mentor junior engineers.
- Working Conditions: Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with potential exposure to hazardous materials.
