Description - Greet and serve customers in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Take customer orders accurately and ensure timely delivery of food and beverages.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
- Assist in setting up and closing down the dining area before and after service.
- Provide menu recommendations and address customer inquiries.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or related field preferred.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Qualities and Traits: Friendly, outgoing, and customer-oriented.
- Working Conditions: Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
