Job Requirements - Minimum of 1 year experience as a lounge worker or in a similar role.
- Good physical presentation and neat grooming standards.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
Responsibilities
- Warmly greet guests and ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
- Take food and beverage orders clearly, confidently, and accurately.
- Serve orders promptly and check in with guests to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards in the lounge area.
- Provide friendly, attentive, and efficient service throughout the guest’s visit.
- Communicate effectively in English with guests and team members.
