They specialize in customs clearance, storage and cargo handling, procurement and production logistics, as well as domestic and international transportation delivery of electronic parts and HDDs and SSDs. Position: Operations Supervisor Company Industry: Warehouse Operations Work Location: Laguna Work Schedule: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM Salary: PHP 30,000 – PHP 50,000 Work Set Up: Work on Site

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• At least High School Graduate
• At least 8 years in warehouse operations

supervisory or higher-level experience is advantage

• Capable of working on site
• Willing to participate in in-person interviews once requested

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

✨ Manage the day-to-day warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, inventory control, and order fulfillment to ensure smooth and efficient operations. ✨ Lead, train, and supervise warehouse staff, assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure adherence to company policies and safety standards. ✨ Ensure accurate inventory levels by implementing proper tracking systems, conducting regular audits, and minimizing discrepancies or losses. ✨ Identify operational inefficiencies and implement process improvements to increase productivity, reduce costs, and optimize workflow. ✨ Enforce workplace safety standards, ensure compliance with regulations, and maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment to prevent accidents.
