Bachelor's Degree, Industrial Engineering, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent
With at least 2 yrs work experience in warehouse operations in manufacturing/ electronics company
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
: Supervise, schedule, train, motivate, and evaluate warehouse team; manage performance and conduct hiring.
: Coordinate receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of goods; ensure timely order fulfillment.
: Manage stock levels, conduct counts, reconcile discrepancies, and maintain accurate WMS/ERP records.
: Enforce safety regulations (OSHA), maintain a clean workspace, and ensure equipment maintenance.
: Develop and implement strategies to boost efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance overall warehouse functionality.
: Monitor KPIs, track metrics, and prepare reports for management.
