Accounting Manager

- Oversee the daily operations of the accounting department, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Manage budgets and forecasts to support company financial strategies.
- Coordinate audits and ensure timely filing of tax returns.
- Lead a team of accountants, providing training and support to enhance their skills.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Experience Level: 3-5 years of experience in accounting or finance.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in financial management, budgeting, and cost accounting.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong knowledge of accounts payable/receivable and tax reporting.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Must hold a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation.
- Working Conditions: Office-based position with potential periodic overtime during peak financial periods.
