Guest Relations Officer

Description - Serve as the primary point of contact for guests, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Welcome and register guests upon arrival, ensuring a smooth check-in process.
- Maintain a high level of customer service to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
- Resolve guest complaints and issues with professionalism and efficiency.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure guest requirements are met.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field.
- Experience Level: 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong problem-solving abilities and a friendly demeanor.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to multitask in a busy environment.
- Working Conditions: Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
