Activity Facilitator Coordinator

Description - Develop and coordinate engaging activities and programs for participants.
- Ensure a safe and inclusive environment for all activity participants.
- Collaborate with other staff to promote and manage activity schedules.
- Monitor the performance and participation of participants, providing feedback as necessary.
- Assist in maintaining equipment and spaces used for activities.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education, Sports Management, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in activity facilitation or sports coordination.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong physical fitness, knowledge of sports, and ability to motivate participants.
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a team player with a positive attitude.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to plan and execute activities effectively while ensuring participant safety.
