Location: Makati
Work Setup: Onsite
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Job Summary
The Accounting Specialist is responsible for managing financial reporting, product costing, tax compliance, account reconciliations, and financial analysis. This role ensures accurate accounting records, supports month-end closing activities, and assists in maintaining compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly sales reports, product costing, gross profit analysis, and trial balance
- Process month-end closing activities and maintain accurate financial records
- Prepare tax returns, audit schedules, and supporting documentation
- Perform bank, general ledger, and BIR reconciliations
- Maintain pricing systems and discount structures
- Review and analyze accounting records to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Coordinate with Treasury and external stakeholders on financial transactions and reporting requirements
- Support audit activities and other accounting projects as assigned
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
- Knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, taxation, and regulatory requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Atleast 1+ years of experience
