Accounting Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical individual to join our team as an Accounting Specialist. This role is crucial to the smooth functioning of our financial operations and plays a vital part in providing accurate financial information for decision-making. We are looking for someone with a strong understanding of accounting principles and experience with financial systems. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Process accounts payable and receivable transactions, ensuring timeliness and accuracy.
• Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts.
• Assist with the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements.
• Generate various financial reports for analysis and review.
• Perform internal audits and verify data integrity.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
• Support the finance team during audits and tax filing processes.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field 
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an accounting or finance role.
• Solid understanding of basic accounting principles.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and experience in the real estate industry
