REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:

• Open to Filipinos and Filipino‑Chinese proficient in Mandarin and English
• Open to Undergraduate and Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Open to fresh graduates with strong learning ability, excellent problem‑solving skills, and outstanding cross‑functional communication skills
• Candidates with experience in IT Business Partner, Business Analyst, IT Support, System Integration, or related roles are encouraged to apply
• Strong analytical thinking with the ability to understand and improve business processes
• Excellent interpersonal skills, effective cross‑department communication, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience with Azure, BI tools, workflow documentation, or system implementation is an advantage
• Willing to travel occasionally to support store operations

RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB APPLICATION:

• Provide ongoing operational support and maintenance for store systems, including POS, marketing platforms, and online payment solutions.
• Analyze business needs, gather requirements, identify opportunities for process enhancement, and work closely with the development team to implement effective IT solutions.
• Manage and participate in the complete project lifecycle, including project initiation, requirement analysis, system setup, deployment, on-site assistance, user training, and post-implementation support.
• Troubleshoot system-related and operational challenges during implementation, conduct functional testing, and provide necessary business support.
• Collaborate and communicate with different departments to ensure smooth project delivery and alignment with business objectives.
• Provide support for store operations through occasional travel to business locations as required.
