Duties and Responsibilities: - Greet and assist guests upon arrival and throughout their stay.
- Provide information about resort facilities, services, and local attractions.
- Ensure cleanliness and orderliness in guest rooms, public areas, and recreational facilities.
- Support front desk operations including check-in, check-out, and reservations.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries, complaints, or requests.
- Maintain proper inventory of supplies and report shortages or maintenance needs.
- Participate in resort activities and help organize guest events or entertainment programs.
- Follow company policies, safety procedures, and grooming standards.
- Perform other related tasks as may be assigned by the management.
Qualifications:
- High school graduate or college level (Hospitality Management, Tourism, or related courses preferred).
- With or without experience; experience in a hotel or resort is an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, courteous, and customer-oriented.
- Physically fit and able to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays.
- Team player and can work under minimal supervision.
