We're Hiring: Kitchen Cold Chef for Fine Dining!
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Kitchen Cold Chef to join our fine dining establishment in Tagaytay, Cavite. The ideal candidate will have experience in preparing high-quality cold dishes and salads, demonstrating creativity and attention to detail in presentation.

What You'll Do:
- Prepare and present a variety of cold dishes, appetizers, and salads with artistic flair.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to create seasonal menus that delight our guests.
- Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in the kitchen at all times.
- Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
- Assist in training junior kitchen staff on cold preparation techniques.
- Participate in regular kitchen meetings to discuss menu changes and improvements.
What We’re Looking For
- At least 1 year of experience as a cold chef or similar role in a fine dining environment.
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
- Excellent knife skills and ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Creative mindset with an eye for detail in dish presentation.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
