Senior Oracle Finance Specialist (Techno/Functional)

Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Oracle Finance Specialist with strong techno-functional expertise in Oracle ERP Financials. The role will be responsible for solution design, architecture, configuration, integrations, implementation, and ongoing support across core finance processes. Key Responsibilities- Design and optimize end-to-end solutions and architecture for Oracle ERP Financials.
- Support seamless data flows and integrations across Finance and other enterprise functions.
- Provide expertise across core Oracle Finance modules, including:
General Ledger (GL)
Accounts Receivable (AR)
Accounts Payable (AP)
Fixed Assets (FA)
Cash Management (CM)
Subledger Accounting
Tax
- Establish design governance and ensure solutions align with audit requirements, financial regulations, and architecture standards.
- Provide technical and functional guidance to development and support teams.
- Oversee system configurations, changes, testing (SIT/UAT), data migration, development, and cutover activities.
- Conduct user training and provide functional support for planning and budgeting activities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to communicate and implement complex finance solutions.
Requirements
- 10+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle ERP Financials.
- At least 3 end-to-end Oracle ERP Financials implementation projects.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes, including:
Quote to Cash
Record to Report
Procure to Pay
Strong knowledge of financial operations and reporting integrity.
Experience or knowledge of:
Oracle Integration Cloud
Oracle Database
Oracle Configurations
FBDI (File-Based Data Import)
OTBI
BI Publisher
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills.
- Ability to explain complex technical/functional concepts to different audiences.
- Willingness to work on a shifting schedule as needed.
- Oracle Cloud certification is a plus.
