Senior Oracle HCM Specialist

Role Overview
The Senior Oracle HCM Specialist will lead the design and delivery of enterprise Human Capital Management solutions across Oracle HCM Cloud and/or PeopleSoft. This role combines functional and technical expertise to develop end-to-end architectures, integrate HCM with other enterprise platforms, strengthen security and data governance, and support the ongoing enhancement of the HCM environment. Key Responsibilities- Define end-to-end architecture for Oracle Fusion HCM modules, ensuring reliable data flows and effective integration with Financials, Procurement, and Supply Chain solutions.
- Design and optimize solutions across Core HR, Recruitment, Performance Management, Benefits, Learning, Compensation, and HR Help Desk.
- Establish and govern integration approaches between Oracle HCM and other enterprise systems using Oracle Integration Cloud, HCM Data Loader, and APIs.
- Define and improve role-based access controls, data privacy measures, and global security policies within the HCM environment.
- Translate HR requirements into clear functional and technical documentation.
- Contribute to project delivery planning and support effort estimation.
- Manage quarterly Oracle HCM updates and monitor overall system performance.
- Conduct proof-of-concept initiatives to assess AI and automation capabilities.
- Facilitate techno-functional workshops and translate complex HR processes into practical functional and technical specifications.
Required Experience and Technical Expertise
- At least 10 years of hands-on delivery experience with Oracle HCM Cloud and/or PeopleSoft.
- A minimum of three end-to-end Oracle Human Capital Management implementations.
- Functional expertise across multiple HCM modules, including Core HR, Recruitment, Compensation, Learning, and/or Time and Labor.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI), BI Publisher, and Fast Formulas.
- Practical experience using Oracle Integration Cloud.
- Deep knowledge of Oracle HCM APIs, HCM Extracts, and HCM Data Loader (HDL).
- Familiarity with Oracle Fusion AI Agents, Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS), and the Redwood user experience.

- Experience working in Agile delivery environments and using Scrum methodology.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Willingness to work on a shifting schedule when required.
Preferred Qualification
- Oracle HCM certification is an advantage.
