Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably Accounting/ Finance/Business Management.
- At least 2 years work experience on Finance Admin & Reporting
- Experience in MACRO EXCEL is an advantage.
- Amendable to work in a Midshift Schedule.
- Amendable to work as soon as possible

Job Responsibilities:
- Manage daily office operations, procurement, vendor management, documentation, and digital filing systems.
- Generate high-quality financial reports; provide data analysis; present financial performance to management.
- Coach and mentor junior team members; act as a primary contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to accounting standards, company policies, and legal/regulatory requirements.
- Identify and implement new techniques, tools, and processes to improve efficiency and quality of financial and administrative functions.
