Requirements:
- Open for High School graduate and College Undergraduate
- With at least 6 months experience in customer service
- Willing to work onsite in Taguig
- Amenable to attend face to face interview
- Can start as soon as possible
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with inquiries related to products and services
- Manage and resolve customer complaints by providing timely and effective solutions, ensuring follow-up for complete resolution
- Identify and understand customer needs to ensure high levels of satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, process accounts, and organize relevant documentation
- Perform additional tasks related to customer service
