Key Responsibilities
- Responding promptly and accurately to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
- Diagnosing and resolving customer issues efficiently and effectively to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintaining detailed records of interactions and transactions in the customer management system.
- Providing product information and guidance to customers.
- Collaborating with team members and other departments to enhance the overall customer experience and address escalated issues.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with customers.
- Strong problem-solving skills to quickly and accurately resolve customer issues.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage challenging conversations with professionalism.
