Manager, Procurement Ops, EMEA/APAC

Johnson & Johnson's DePuy Synthes division seeks a Manager for Procurement Operations in Manila to lead the EMEA/APAC Regional Global Services Procurement organization. The role manages a team overseeing strategic sourcing, contract management, supplier relationships, and operational execution aligned with business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Manage team performance, coaching, capability development, and succession planning
- Oversee workflow, performance, capacity, quality, compliance, and escalations to achieve team goals
- Execute day-to-day procurement operations including sourcing events, contract negotiation, drafting, execution, and supplier onboarding
- Collaborate with multiple departments to develop strategies improving profitability and competitive position
- Monitor service levels, cycle time, quality metrics, and stakeholder feedback; communicate risks and corrective actions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent university degree required
- 6–8 years of Procurement, Finance, or relevant business experience
- Experience leading individual contributors or supervisors in matrixed service-delivery environment
- Strong collaboration, communication, and influencing skills
- Data-oriented thinking with ability to convert operational insights into corrective actions
- Learning agility, openness to change, sound judgment, comfort with ambiguity
- MBA or advanced degree preferred
