Johnson & Johnson seeks a Benefits Analyst for its EMEA region based in Manila to administer employee benefits programs, resolve employee inquiries, and partner with external vendors. The role supports benefits administration, enrollment activities, and program improvements across a diverse geographic region.
Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve Tier 2.0 and Tier 1.5 benefits cases for EMEA employees with timely resolution
- Support employee leave and time-off programs through policy guidance and case management
- Partner with external vendors to ensure effective benefits service delivery and issue resolution
- Support annual benefits renewal and enrollment activities including communications and testing
- Analyze benefits data and identify opportunities to improve service delivery and employee experience
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Management, or related field
- 2-4 years of benefits administration, human resources, or total rewards experience
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Experience managing employee cases and working with HR systems and benefits platforms
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to explain benefits information clearly
