BID PROCUREMENT MANAGER - URGENT HIRING
Salary: ₱50,000 – ₱65,000
Location: San Juan City, Metro Manila
Schedule: Full time
Job Requirements
Note: Strictly must meet qualifications
•Bachelor’s degree in Legal Management, Public Administration, Political Science, or Business Management
•Minimum 5 years of experience in project bidding/acquisition, preferably in architecture, engineering, or construction services
•Proven track record of success in securing private and government contracts
•In-depth understanding of RA 9184 and procurement procedures
•Familiarity with PhilGEPS and BAC procedures is required
•Experience reviewing contracts, Terms of Reference (TORs), and Request for Proposals (RFPs) for consultancy services is a strong advantage
•Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
•Strategic, results-driven, and detail-oriented
Responsibilities
•Lead and manage bid procurement processes for both government and private sector projects
•Ensure full compliance with RA 9184, PhilGEPS guidelines, and BAC procedures during contract acquisition
•Review and evaluate contracts, TORs, and RFPs for architecture, engineering, and construction consultancy services
•Engage with key stakeholders and prepare comprehensive bid proposals and documentation to secure contracts
