Hybrid Setup/Accounting Associate/1 year in General Accounting role

- Recording financial transactions, preparing invoices, maintaining financial records, and ensuring data accuracy.
- Processing accounts payable and receivable, which involves managing invoices and payments.
- Assisting in preparing and compiling financial statements, reports, and tax documents.
- Reconciling bank statements and ledger accounts to identify and correct errors.
- Assisting with the preparation and processing of payroll.
- Providing clerical support, filing, and maintaining professional relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Typically requires a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, management accounting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, other accounting software, and strong data entry skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain detailed records, and work efficiently in a dynamic environment.
- Capable of problem-solving, data analysis, and identifying and correcting financial inaccuracies.
