La THEOZ Real Estate Solution Services Inc. is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Accountant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of accounting compliance and reporting standards, and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced real estate environment.
Job Summary:
The Accountant is responsible for managing and maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations, and preparing reports that support effective decision-making. The role requires a strong understanding of accounting principles, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, record, and maintain accurate financial transactions and reports .
- Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger reconciliation.
- Monitor compliance with BIR, SSS, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth, and other government requirements.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements .
- Manage payroll computations , reimbursements, and related accounting entries.
- Support management in budget planning and expense tracking .
- Use QuickBooks and other accounting software tools to process financial data efficiently.
- Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory agencies when required.
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity in all financial matters.
- Perform other related tasks assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of BS in Accountancy (CPA not required)
- Must be residing in Makati City or nearby areas
- With solid knowledge in accounting compliance, documentation, and reporting
- Must have a good attitude, integrity, and strong attention to detail
- Knowledge in QuickBooks and other accounting tools is an advantage
- Must have own laptop and stable internet connection at home
- Willing to work on a hybrid setup (70% WFH, 30% temporary onsite)
