Job Summary:
We are looking for energetic and customer-oriented Food Service Crew members to join our team in Iloilo. The ideal candidates should have a passion for food service, excellent customer service skills, and a positive attitude. No prior experience is required, as training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and take their orders efficiently.
- Prepare and serve food and beverages according to company standards.
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in the dining, kitchen, and serving areas.
- Operate cash registers, process payments, and provide correct change.
- Assist in restocking and inventory management.
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Work as part of a team to provide fast and efficient service.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Experience in food service or customer service is an advantage but not required.
- Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Friendly, reliable, and hardworking.
