- Job Summary:
- The Food Crew is responsible for providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced food service environment. They assist with preparing food, taking orders, and maintaining cleanliness in the restaurant. The role also involves working as a part of a team to ensure a high standard of food quality and customer satisfaction.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take and process customer orders accurately, ensuring proper communication with the kitchen staff.
- Assist in the preparation and serving of food and beverages according to the company’s standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in work areas, including dining areas and kitchen.
- Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are followed at all times.
- Handle cash transactions, process payments, and give correct change to customers.
- Provide assistance to customers with their needs or inquiries about the menu.
- Follow company policies and procedures in all aspects of the job, including safety and security guidelines.
- Assist with restocking supplies and inventory management.
- Work as a team to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Previous experience in a food service environment is a plus, but not required.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and processing payments.
- Must be physically able to stand for extended periods and lift moderate amounts of weight.
