? About the RoleWe are looking for a detail-oriented Finance Specialist to manage daily financial operations, maintain accurate financial records, support budgeting, and ensure compliance with internal financial policies and local tax regulations.

✅ Key Responsibilities- Handle daily financial transactions, payments, reimbursements, invoice verification, and expense management.
- Maintain accurate financial records and prepare financial reports and expense breakdowns.
- Monitor budgets, cash flow, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
- Perform bank reconciliations and verify the accuracy of financial transactions.
- Review supplier invoices, payment requests, and supporting documents.
- Support monthly financial closing, budget preparation, and financial data analysis.
- Coordinate with HR, Administration, and other departments on finance-related matters.
- Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and local tax regulations.
- Improve financial processes and strengthen cost control and operational efficiency.
- Fluent in both Chinese and English (mandatory).
- Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 2–3+ years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or financial operations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial management software.
- Solid knowledge of expense management, bank reconciliation, financial reporting, and accounting procedures.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, independent, and highly trustworthy.
- Experience managing finances across multiple companies is a plus.
