Customer Service Representative ( Banking and Finance)

Description - Provide exceptional customer service to clients in the banking and finance sector.
- Address customer inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and effectively.
- Assist clients with account management, transactions, and financial products.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Senior Highschool Graduate or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience Level: -Minimum of 2 years BPO experience handling:
> Banking and Financial
> Home Loan Servicing
> Home Loan Application
- -Willing to work onsite in MOA, Pasay City
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in customer service software.
- Qualities and Traits: Empathetic, customer-focused, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a high-volume environment.
