Job Qualifications: Must be a BS Customs Administration graduate Licensed Customs Broker is an advantage At least 1 year of experience in logistics is an advantage Fresh graduates are welcome to apply Experience in brokerage, logistics industry, shipping lines, or trucking is an advantage Computer literate (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) Job Description: Manages performance and documentation processes related to CBU importations and client requirements Prepares and submits daily status reports, including operational issues, processing delays, and document/payment concerns Monitors and updates the Supervisor on tariff regulations, customs policies, and related memorandums Assists in operational performance management and process improvement initiatives Coordinates with management on organizational development and personnel training requirements Supports the resolution of operational and people management concerns in collaboration with the Manager.
