Review Center Sales and Marketing Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop the sales team to achieve individual and team enrollment targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase leads, conversions, and student enrollment.
- Monitor sales pipelines, lead follow-ups, and the overall enrollment process.
- Track sales performance and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Analyze sales metrics and market trends to identify opportunities and improve results.
- Ensure excellent customer service and assist with complex or high-priority student inquiries.
- Conduct training, coaching, and performance evaluations for sales staff.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and Academic teams to align campaigns, programs, and enrollment activities.
- Maintain accurate sales records and ensure leads are properly documented and followed up.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- At least 2–3 years of sales experience , preferably in education, review centers, or a related industry.
- At least 2 years of supervisory or team leadership experience .
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving customer enrollment.
- Strong knowledge of sales strategies, lead generation, conversion, and customer relationship management.
- Excellent leadership, coaching, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with experience in monitoring sales performance and reports.
- Customer-focused, results-driven, and highly organized.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and other sales management tools.
- Willing to work onsite and meet performance and enrollment targets.
