Key Responsibilities - Handle customer inquiries and concerns through voice, chat, email, and other supported communication channels .
- Provide accurate, professional, and timely assistance to Spanish- and English-speaking customers .
- Resolve customer concerns and complaints while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction .
- Communicate effectively in English and conversational Spanish .
- Accurately document customer interactions, requests, and resolutions.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and established quality standards .
- Meet required performance, productivity, and customer service metrics .
- Escalate complex or unresolved concerns to the appropriate team when necessary.
- Maintain a professional, courteous, and customer-focused approach at all times.
Qualifications
- At least a High School Graduate .
- Must have conversational Spanish skills ; advanced certification is not required.
- Previous experience as a Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative is preferred but not required.
- At least 1 year of BPO customer service experience .
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Willing to work onsite in either:
- Bridgetowne, Quezon City
- Ortigas, Pasig City
