Associate Solutions Engineer

Job description:
- Manage and optimize AI prompts and conversation flows
- Design structured prompts to improve response accuracy and quality
- Monitor chatbot performance, logs, and dashboards
- Troubleshoot issues such as misclassifications, drop-offs, and response inaccuracies
- Perform A/B testing and continuous improvements based on interaction data
- Maintain documentation (flows, prompts, configurations)
- Support in building and configuring dialog flows and automation logic
- Assist in API integrations and backend connections
- Perform advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis
- Support chatbot deployment across multiple platforms and channels
- Collaborate with IT, CX, and Product teams for solution enhancements
- Assist in basic development tasks (scripts, configurations).
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or any related field
- At least 1–2 years of experience in: Chatbot platforms / Conversational AI
- Application support, system integration, or similar technical roles.
- Working knowledge of Conversational AI / chatbot platforms
- Dialog flow configuration API integrations (REST, JSON)
- Knowledge of NLP/NLU concepts
- Basic scripting knowledge (JavaScript or similar)
- Familiarity with Generative AI tools (GPT, Azure OpenAI) is an advantage
- Basic understanding of system architecture and backend integrations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to review and interpret chat data and performance metrics
- Detail-oriented with strong documentation skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and evolving technical environment
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new AI and automation technologies
- Ability to handle both operational and technical responsibilities
- Experience working with cross-functional teams is a plus
