The HR Assistant provides administrative and clerical support to the Human Resources Department. This role helps ensure the efficient operation of HR functions such as recruitment, employee records management, benefits administration, and general HR services.
Job Requirements:

- Willing to work in Mandaue Cebu City
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in HR or administrative work (fresh graduates are welcome if qualified).
- Knowledge of HR functions and best practices.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and can handle confidential information with discretion.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in day-to-day HR operations and activities.
- Prepare and maintain employee records and HR documents (e.g., 201 files, contracts, memos, attendance).
- Support recruitment processes such as job posting, screening applicants, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial interviews.
- Assist in onboarding and orientation of new employees.
- Monitor employee attendance and leave records.
- Help in processing payroll-related requirements and employee benefits.
- Prepare HR-related reports and documentation as needed.
- Assist in employee relations activities, such as events, recognition programs, and trainings.
- Handle HR inquiries and provide assistance to employees regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain confidentiality of all HR and company information.
- Perform other tasks that may be assigned by the HR Officer or HR Manager.
